| 第五届外交官之春 |
第五届外交官之春暨第二届中国财富论坛分两部分进行。4月17日晚，在钓鱼台国宾馆芳菲苑举行了第五届外交官之春联谊晚会和中国财富论坛颁奖仪式。4月18日和19日上午，在京西宾馆举行了两次中外经贸合作报告会。
出席联谊晚会的有全国人大常委会副委员长司马义·艾买提、全国政协副主席阿不来提·阿不都热西提、国家发改委主任马凯、外交部副部长戴秉国和杨洁篪、上海合作组织秘书长张德广、外交部有关司、局负责人、联谊会顾问、理事、会员代表、企业家以及驻华使节等共计350余人，其中外国驻华大使和临时代办等近百人。
在联谊晚会上，马凯主任、杨洁篪副部长、张德广秘书长分别就中国经济形势和“十一五” 规划、中国外交政策、上海合作组织的形成和发展发表了讲话。他们的讲话受到了中外嘉宾的好评。
多哥驻华大使代表外交团团长和外交团在讲话中，热情赞扬中国前外交官虽已退休，但仍然进行不懈努力，为促进中外外交官的友谊与合作而积极工作。他还高度评价致力于和平与发展的中国外交政策和中国在国际事务中发挥的重大而积极的作用。
在联欢晚会上，全国人大常委会副委员长司马义·艾买提和全国政协副主席阿不来提·阿不都热西提等嘉宾向在开拓国际市场方面做出了突出贡献的十家中国企业和在中国投资先进的十家知名外国跨国企业颁发了“中国走向世界”企业成就奖。与会中外嘉宾对这些在中国走向世界方面做出重大贡献的中外获奖企业致以热烈祝贺。
4月18日，应中国前外交官联谊会邀请，韩国、西班牙、巴基斯坦驻华大使和印尼商务专员在京西宾馆向100余位参加第二届财富论坛的中国企业家作报告。4月19日，联谊会又邀请我国前驻韩国、印度、越南、哈萨克大使向参加财富论坛的100余位中国企业家作报告。这两次报告，都从不同角度介绍了有关国家的投资环境和投资政策，以鼓舞和推动中国企业家走向世界。 |

The Fifth Spring of Diplomats
The Fifth Spring of Diplomats and Second Fortune of China was divided into two parts.On the evening of 17 April,cosponsored by Association for International of Beijing and the Discovery Magazine Press,the evening party of the Fifth Spring of Diplomats and award-presenting ceremony of the Fortune Forum was held in the Fangfei Hall of the Diaoyutai State Guest House.On the morning of 18 and 19 April,two lectures on economic and trade cooperation between China and foreign countries were held in the Jingxi Guest House.
Present at the evening party were over 350 guests including Ismail Amat Vice-Chairman of the Standing Com-mittee of the National People’s Congress,Abulaiti Abudurexiti Vice-President of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference,Ma Kal Chairman of the State Development and Reform Commission,Vice-Foreign Ministers Dai Bingguo and Yang Jiechi,Zhang Deguang Secretary General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization,leading members of the ministry’s departments and bureaus concerned,advisors, council and ordinary members of the AFDC,Chinese entrepreneuers and foreign envoys to China,of whom nearly 100 were foreign ambassadors and charge-de-affairs.
At the evening party,Chairman Ma Kai,Vice-Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi and Secretary General Zhang Deguang made speeches on China’s economic situation and its 11th Five-Year Plan,China’s foreign policy and the es-tablishment and development of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization respectively.Their presentations were well received by the Chinese and foreign guests alike.
On behalf of the dean and the diplomatic corps,the Togolese ambassador spoke highly in his speech of the retired Chinese diplomats who were still making unremitting efforts to help promote friendship and cooperation between Chinese and foreign diplomats.He also expressed a high opinion of China’s foreign policy committed to promoting peace and development and the major and positive role played by China in international affairs.
Also at this evening party,the organizing committee of the Second Fortune Forum of China presented achieve-ment awards entitled China Going to the World to both 10 Chinese enterprises that had scored outstanding achievements in expanding their international market and 10 well-known transnational foreign corporations that had invested in China.These award-winning enterprises were warmly congratulated by the Chinese and foreign guests present on their important contributions to help China march toward the world.
On 18 April,at the invitation of the AFDC,the ambassadors of the Republic of Korea,Spain and Pakistan as well as the commercial attache of the Indonesian embassy gave lectures to more than 100 Chinese entrepreneurs attending this forum in the Jingxi Guest House.On 19 April,also at the invitation of the AFDC,former Chinese ambassadors to South Korea,India,Vietnam and Kazakhstan gave lectures to over 100 Chinese entrepreneurs attending the forum.At the aforesaid two lectures,investment environments and policies of the foreign countries concerned were made known from different perspectives to encourage and help Chinese entrepreneurs go out to the world. |
